The brief

National accountants and auditors Haines Watts worked closely with the design team at ior group to develop office interior design ideas that would update a 1980s office that they had occupied for many years.

How we met the challenge

Matching a modern office interior design to the project management challenge of a refurbishment whilst in occupation were the two principle challenges of this office refurbishment. HW needed to remain fully operational throughout the program, never a simple thing to manage.

The office refurbishment drew extensively on the branding of HW and the office interior design successfully reflects the style of Haines Watts to create a strong corporate office interior.

Detailed project planning was the key to the refurbishment, which meant that disruption was kept to a level where the office could still function.
